Welcome to We Build Creative. By using our website or hiring us for a project, you agree to these terms. Please read them, and contact us if anything is unclear.

About Our Services

We Build Creative provides custom WordPress development, Figma and PSD to WordPress conversion, WooCommerce stores, landing pages, dynamic web applications, and website maintenance and speed optimization. The details of each project, including scope, price, and timeline, are agreed in writing before work starts.

Using Our Website

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. Please do not try to hack, damage, copy, or misuse the site, or send spam through our forms. The content on this site, including text, design, and code, belongs to We Build Creative unless stated otherwise.

Quotes and Project Agreements

• Quotes are estimates based on the information you give us, and are valid for 14 days.
• If the project scope changes, the price and timeline may change too. We will always tell you before any extra cost is added.
• Work begins once you approve the quote and make the upfront payment.

Payments

• We ask for 25-30% upfront to start the project. The rest is due when the project is complete, before we hand over the final files.
• Late payments may delay support and updates until the invoice is paid.

Your Responsibilities

To keep your project on schedule, you agree to:

Provide designs, content, images, and login details on time
Give us feedback and approvals within a reasonable time
Make sure you have the legal right to use everything you send us, including logos, images, fonts, and text

Delays on your side can move the delivery date.

Revisions

Each project includes 5 rounds of revisions within the agreed scope. New features or major changes after approval are quoted separately.

Ownership and Rights

Once the full payment is received, you own the final website design and custom code we built for you. Until then, We Build Creative keeps ownership of the work. We may show finished projects in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.

Third-Party Tools and Plugins

Many websites use third-party themes, plugins, and tools (such as Bricks Builder, Elementor Pro, ACF Pro, and Crocoblock). These come with their own licenses, which are separate from our work. Unless agreed otherwise, license costs are paid by the client, and we are not responsible for changes or issues caused by these third-party providers.

Support and Maintenance

After launch, we provide 30 days of free support to fix bugs in our work. Ongoing maintenance, updates, and speed optimization are separate services, agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

We work hard to deliver fast, reliable websites, but we cannot guarantee that a website will always be error-free or available without interruption. We Build Creative is not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost sales, lost data, or lost profit, caused by using the website or our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the project.

Cancelling a Project

Either side may cancel a project with written notice. If you cancel, you pay for all work completed up to that point. If we cancel, we will refund any payment for work we did not complete.

Governing Law

These terms follow the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute will first be discussed in good faith, and if it cannot be solved, it will be handled by the courts of Bangladesh.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with the updated date.
